The initial phase focused on understanding DJL Capital’s core message: offering high-yield property investment opportunities as an alternative to low-return savings. The strategy involved showcasing the company’s expertise, track record in the North East of England, and the secure nature of property-backed investments. The user journey was designed to guide visitors towards understanding the benefits and ultimately encourage them to make contact or download more information.
Phase 2: Content Creation & Development
Content creation emphasized key selling points, such as the potential for up to 12% annual returns, the team’s experience, and the positive community impact of property revitalization. The design focused on a professional, trustworthy, and clear aesthetic, using compelling language to articulate the investment model (acquiring below market value, adding value, releasing equity). Clear calls to action were integrated, encouraging inquiries and brochure downloads.
Phase 3: Testing & Launch
The website was developed with a focus on ease of navigation, responsiveness across various devices, and secure data handling for contact forms. All investment details, contact information, and explanations of the investment process were meticulously implemented. Upon completion, thorough testing was performed to ensure all features worked seamlessly and the information was presented accurately. The website was then successfully launched, providing DJL Capital with an effective digital platform to connect with investors and grow its business.

Amalfi Resturant
The project to establish an online presence for Amalfi Restaurant Newbottle began with a clear objective: to create an intuitive and informative website that showcases the restaurant’s authentic Italian cuisine and facilitates customer engagement.

Phase 1: Planning & Design
Initial planning involved defining the website’s core purpose: to present the menu, operating hours, and provide an easy way for customers to make reservations. The design focused on a clean, inviting aesthetic that reflects the restaurant’s ambiance, incorporating a vibrant food gallery to entice visitors. User experience (UX) was prioritized to ensure effortless navigation.
Phase 2: Content Creation & Development
With the design approved, content creation commenced, including high-quality images of dishes, compelling descriptions of special offers like the happy hour menu, and the full a la carte menu available for download. Development proceeded smoothly, integrating essential features such as clear contact information (including multiple phone numbers for bookings), prominent display of opening hours, and a dedicated section for customer testimonials to build trust and credibility. The team also ensured a seamless link to “The Sun Inn” to highlight the associated business.
Phase 3: Testing & Launch
Rigorous testing was conducted across various devices and browsers to guarantee responsiveness and functionality. All links were verified, booking information was confirmed for accuracy, and the menu PDF was checked for accessibility. Upon successful completion of all tests, the website was launched without a hitch, immediately becoming a central hub for customers to explore Amalfi Newbottle’s offerings and plan their visits.
